No matter how many glasses of other drinks you consume, nothing refreshes like water. We all love to drink water; the natural taste of mineral water goes down well with meals of all kind. A glass of water, especially when served cold, is perfect for those hot sunny days when we're extra thirsty. Water is important for our hydration and experts recommend we drink at least 8 glasses daily in order to maintain optimum health.
